The company is licensed by the California State License Board and caters to the Central Coast and San Francisco Bay Area. We are well versed in deadlines, time management, and working around sensitive environments. Madco was formed based on ethics, taking great pride in our reputation and honoring our commitments and people with honesty, integrity, and empowerment.

Shane has over 30 years in the construction industry, ranging in, commercial tenant improvement, residential handyman and is specialized in the medical field reflecting different modalities as well as extensive knowledge of OSHPD code and regulations. Shane Madigan has vast experience in planning, managing, and understands the importance of fostering good relationships through communication. His achievement is built on hard work ethic, principle, and the determination to produce high quality in every aspect.
